Der World Delirium Awareness Day (WDAD) lenkt jährlich am 12. März verstärkt die Aufmerksamkeit auf das Thema Delir in den Bereichen Gesundheitsversorgung, Politik und Gesellschaft [1] – so auch dieses Jahr. In diesem Kontext führte das Delir-Netzwerk e. V. sowohl im Jahr 2016 [2] als auch im Jahr 2024 eine Onlinebefragung im deutschsprachigen Raum durch, die sich mit der Umsetzung des Delir-Managements [3] befasste. Dabei wurde derselbe Fragebogen mit insgesamt 19 Fragen verwendet. Im Vergleich der Ergebnisse über einen Zeitraum von acht Jahren lässt sich die Einschätzung abgeben: „Delir – wir sind auf einem guten Weg.“
